Terms of use
These terms govern the DotsPad service. They set out what the service does, what it does not do, and what is expected of anyone who launches a token through it.

1 The service
DotsPad is a launch form for Pump.fun, StonkFun, Pons, Four.meme, and Flap. A person can fill the form. Only a Dot can create the coin.
Token creation uses the selected launchpad. DotsPad does not run the underlying trading markets or provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice. It never asks for your wallet's private key or seed phrase.
3 If a token names you
You are not a party to these terms merely because a token mentions you. DotsPad does not pay handles, and a mention is not an endorsement.
4 If you launch a token
The person who brings the Dot is responsible for the token's name, ticker, artwork, description, and lawfulness. Creating a coin through DotsPad does not make DotsPad the token's issuer or sponsor.
5 Trading fees
Each launchpad charges its own trading fee. DotsPad does not withhold tax and does not give tax advice.
7 Acceptable use
You must not use DotsPad to impersonate anyone, harass or defame, launder money, evade sanctions, circumvent eligibility rules, scrape or interfere with the site, or misrepresent DotsPad's role.
8–13 Other terms
The service is offered as available. The DotsPad name and site design belong to DotsPad. The service is provided as-is, without warranties. Liability is limited to the protocol cut actually retained on the relevant token in the prior twelve months. Deployers indemnify DotsPad. Terms may change.
